Artzebo specialises in gazebos and stretch tents designed for outdoor use. All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our Website are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any product at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Artzebo is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the secure online payment gateway provided on our Website.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies on the Website at any time.
4. Shipping and delivery
- Our standard shipping time is 10 (ten) working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen courier delays.
- Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.
5. Returns and refunds
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is defective, damaged, or not as described, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection of the returned goods.
Please note: Custom-printed or personalised gazebos are non-refundable, unless defective.
6. Warranties
- Gazebos and kidzebos: Covered by a 5-year manufacturing warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Stretch tents: Sold without warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, weather exposure (e.g. storms or high winds), normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.
Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with photographs and proof of purchase.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this Website, including logos, images, text, graphics, and designs, is the intellectual property of Artzebo (Pty) Ltd and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
